"Die Die Top Student" mengisahkan tentang empat pelajar sekolah menengah yang menerima maklumat rahsia bahawa kertas peperiksaan SPM disembunyikan di suatu tempat di sekolah, dan kemudian mereka merancang untuk mencuri kertas ujian tersebut. ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
After graduating in actuarial mathematics, We Jun first started his career in finance, then consumer durables, before pursuing filmmaking full-time in 2012. For two months in 2014, he apprenticed under Tim Hutchinson (“Willow”) in Art Direction at Pinewood Studios Malaysia. In 2015, he directed, “Coaster”, mentored by Baltasar Kormákur (“Everest”). We Jun’s debut feature, “Hungry Ghost Diner”, had its world premiere in 2023 at Bucheon International Fantastic Festival in South Korea, where it was awarded the NETPAC Award for best Asian feature film by a jury from the Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema (NETPAC).
